The Connecticut College Women's Rugby Football Club (CCRFC) is a club sport that requires a varsity level commitment.
Practices are held three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) from 4:15pm to 6:15pm down at Dawley Field.
All levels of experience are welcome; the majority of our team came in with little to no rugby experience. The more effort you put in the more you will get out of it, and in turn, the more you will come to appreciate the great game.
This fall is an exciting time for CCRFC! We have recently become a Full Member of the New England Small College Rugby Conference (nescrugby.com). Becoming a full member in this conference, comprised of NESCAC schools, will allow for more opportunities to play as well as take this amazing team to a new level.

Rugby Tackles Breast Cancer Watch as the Connecticut College women's and men's teams tackle breast cancer in our first annual breast cancer awareness game. While the two games were just for fun, we hope to raise awareness on campus and make a difference in the fight against cancer. In total, both teams raised over $500! |
